Account & Profile Deletion Policy

In-App Account Deletion

Users can delete their account directly from within the Bheem Bharat app by following the steps below:

1. Open the Bheem Bharat app
2. Go to the Profile section
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page
4. Tap on Delete Account
5. Confirm the deletion request

Web-Based Deletion Request

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us from your registered email or phone number.

Data Deleted

• Personal information
• Matrimony profile details
• Chats, interactions, and activity data
• Notification tokens and device identifiers

Retention Period

All associated personal data is permanently deleted within 7–14 working days after confirmation.
